Date: June 6-9, 2022

Since 2017, Western University has invited some of the world's best universities to compete in the World's Challenge Challenge Global Final.

Students from participating partner universities from around the world form diverse teams of two to four students, develop big ideas to address a global issue and then present their unique solution to a panel of academic and community leaders at their own institution. The top team from each World's Challenge Challenge partner is invited to a week-long conference and Global Final competition hosted annually by Western.

During the Global Final, in addition to competing for a top prize of $30,000, finalists have an opportunity to network with some of the best and brightest students from around the world, participate in virtual academic events, generate further discussion around global issues, and experience a taste of Canadian hospitality.

An event summary for each day of the Global Final will be available here soon! Check back soon to see an overview of our schedule and for registration links for the public events. If you have questions, contact clamb43@uwo.ca.
