Book an Appointment
Even though COVID-19 is affecting our ability to meet you in person, we will continue to provide support to you remotely.
International Learning Coordinators will virtual advising conducted via Zoom during regular office hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
To sign up for advising appointments:
Access the appointments module in Atlas, Western’s international experience portal, by logging in to Atlas using your Western username and password. If you are currently not a registered Western student, please email email@example.com to request and appointment.
Select the Appointments module, then ‘Request New Appointment’.
Follow the instructions to select an appointment date and time.
In the ‘Student Note’ text box, please indicate any additional information you wish to share with our Coordinators prior to your meeting. When you are ready to book the appointment, click ‘Submit’.

To use Zoom you will need to install the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device.
IMPORTANT: Select Sign In with SSO. On the Sign In with SSO screen, enter westernuniversity, then click Continue.

- Virtual advising relies on a secure, quality wifi connection. Please ensure that you have a good connection prior to your appointment. If not, please use the telephone option to connect.
- Zoom conferencing by telephone is available in 90+ regions around the world.

- If you are in a public setting, you are responsible for the information communicated in your meeting. We highly recommend that you wear headphones to ensure that others surrounding you are not privy to any personal or academic information that may be discussed.
Any documents that need to be signed by an International Learning Coordinator (such as learning agreements, partner institution forms, etc.) can be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org. The documents will be signed and returned electronically within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
