International Learning Services
The International Learning team will continue to provide support to students to help you manage your academics and wellbeing so you can continue to thrive. Our team is ready to assist you virtually through telephone advising, or zoom calls to make sure you have answers to questions and the support you need during this difficult time.
Western International is operating virtually at this time from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Contact one of our friendly assistants, Ruth or Jacqueline, by leaving a message at 519-661-2111 ext. 89309. They will respond quickly and can help answer questions or direct you to a staff member who can help.
Connect With Us
Any documents that need to be signed by an International Learning Coordinator (such as learning agreements, partner institution forms, etc.) can be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org. The documents will be signed and returned electronically within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Financial Reimbursement Information
A financial reimbursement process is available for students who were participating in university-sanctioned international learning experiences in Winter term 2020 or full-year 2019-2020 and may have incurred additional travel costs or other expenses associated with an early departure. Some restrictions apply.
