Below is the tentative schedule for the 2019 Conference. Please check back regularly for updates as conference programming is finalized. Details are subject to change.

Conference Registration will be available July 7-10 in The Great Hall, Somerville House, Western University. View our Arrivals Section for times, and off-campus locations of our "Meet and Greet" team.

8 am to 5 pm	Pre-Conference Institute - July 8-9 Location: Ivey Business School, Western University Begins Monday, July 8 at 8 am Concludes Tuesday, July 9 at 11:45 am (Pre-registration required. Registration has now closed). Check-ins for pre-conference institute begin Sunday, July 7

12 pm to 2 pm	Past-Presidents Lunch Location: TBD (invitation only)
12 pm to 2:30 pm	Campus Tours Location: Western, Brescia, Huron and King's (departure points to be announced) Optional tours of Western's campus, as well as Western's three Affiliate University Colleges, Brescia, Huron and King's.
1 pm to 4 pm	Exhibit Hall Location: International & Graduate Affairs Building Atrium
3 pm to 4 pm	First-Timer's Session Location: University College Hill, Main Conference Tent Join this informative and fun session for first-time conference attendees. Learn the ropes from veteran members and volunteers while meeting new friends and colleagues.
4:30 pm to 5:45 pm	Opening Ceremony & Reception Location: Alumni Hall, Western University The formal kick-off to the 2019 conference!
6 pm to 8 pm	Opening Reception Enjoy a taste of Canada inside Thompson Recreation and Athletic Centre. Enjoy Canadian coast-to-coast food and fun while networking with colleagues - old and new.
8 pm to 11 pm	Late-Night Hospitality Location: Brescia University College Hosted by Brescia, Huron and King's University Colleges
Wednesday, July 10
7 am to 8:30 am	5K Run/Walk Location: Gibbons Park/Thames Valley Parkway Support the International ACAC Global Fund by participating in a 5K run or walk with conference colleagues. Enjoy a beautiful summer morning on the Thames Valley Parkway. Details and Registration

6:15 pm to 8 pm	Dinner & Celebration of Indigenous Culture Location: University College Hill, Main Conference Tent Join colleagues for a one-of-kind experience of Canada's Indigenous culture and learn more about local Indigenous Peoples. Experience unique locally-sourced and First-Nations inspired food, meet First Nations artists as you relax and connect at this special conference dinner.
8 pm to 11 pm	Dodgeball Tournament Location: Alumni Hall Join colleagues in this fun 13-year tradition for International ACAC. Seasoned players and newbies welcome! You can register with a team or on your own - and we'll match you with a team. Please see the rules for Dodgeball. Sign up online or at Conference Registration. 8 pm to 11 pm	Late-Night Hospitality Various Locations on Western University campus Details to come, but be prepared to laugh, challenge your trivia brain, fire up a fun game of bingo, or take in some great local entertainment.
Thursday, July 11
5:15 am to 7 am	Indigenous Sunrise Ceremony Location: University College Hill Participate in this unique spiritual ceremony performed to mark and welcome the beginning of a new day, as well as express appreciation and thanks for life and nature. Note: The ceremony will take place rain or shine. If we are not able to be outside, it will be inside the tent.
8:30 am to 4 pm	Exhibit Hall Location: International & Graduate Affairs Building Atrium Learn about services and key supports for students pursuing international education.
