A fun fact about me

A fun fact about me is that I like to take on challenges. It can also be a drawback of mine!

Why I chose Western

I chose to come to Western because it offered what I wanted for my program and field. I was also interested because in my research I found that Western offers a lot of opportunities for socializing with others and meeting people.

Highlights of my Western Experience

One of the highlights for me at Western was attending Global Café events every Thursday. I made many friends there from different cultures and from my home country. It was great to meet people and spend time relaxing every week and enjoying coffee!

The one word that I would use to describe my time at Western would be ‘gratifying,’ because during the tenure of my degree I have faced a lot of challenges and overcome them.

What's next

I would like to gain some Canadian work experience related to my field of thermodynamics, so I'm looking for a job right now. In the future, I may go further with my studies.

Advice for new students

The one piece of advice that I would give is keep on hustling. There might be some challenges while you are completing your degree, but you shouldn’t let that overwhelm you. Just keep at it.
