To book an appointment with an International Learning Coordinator, please log in using your Western email (@uwo.ca) and password. Please be sure to use your Western email (@uwo.ca) as other email addresses such as Ivey, Huron or King’s will not work for the login. If you need to set up your Western email, please visit Western Technology Services' guide to setting up your email. If you are having trouble logging in with your Western email (@uwo.ca), please clear your cache or try a different browser.

Document Submission
Documents to be signed by an International Learning Coordinator (e.g. agreements, partner institution forms, scholarship forms, etc.) can be submitted to goabroad@uwo.ca. Documents will be signed and returned electronically within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Cancellation
If you are not able to make you appointment and/or no longer require a meeting, please cancel as soon as possible, and ideally at least one day in advance so that we can offer your booking time to another student. Cancellation details are available on the booking form.
